Please read the guidelines below:

-Picturemeets events are prepay only.

-Address will only be given to those who have signed up.

-Members must receive prior approval before bringing +1’s. 

-Members are encouraged to tag @picturemeets and applicable sponsors for all content taken the event.       

-Members must tag the photographer or model involved in the photo when posting to socials.

-Keep your hands to yourself.  No touching models and no touching other people’s gear.

-Photographers retain the rights to their own photos. This means that neither the models, sponsors, or the organizer has rights to the photos besides resharing on social media and personal usage unless separately specified in writing prior to the event. 

-Photographers are encouraged to share photos with all models they shoot with.

-Models are encouraged to share photos to social media to promote photographers they worked with.

-Models are encouraged to bring multiple outfits (especially fitting the theme) to maximize the variety of their content.
